Sammi Shepherd - Cabaret Singer/Entertainer
The Singer/Entertainer.

Well... I am often asked the question "What Songs Do You Sing?"

"Everything!" is my reply... It really depends on the venue and event.

Parties bookings are are coming in. Here's a party I threw in Liverpool on 2nd July 2017

Not just anyone can throw a party - it takes people skills and being able to read the audience...

What Venues do I perform at?

The Wainwright Club in Blackpool, October 2010 - I have changed my act as the years have gone by..

Holiday parks

I do not do the 'run of the mill' songs from a set list performed in the same order-same song way.

I tend to sing songs that not everyone else sings but that people know. I sing in a lot of pubs and can have all ages dancing all night if required.

Here are over 140 songs I have learnt by heart and do (in no particular order - and depending on the venue/people) as there are far too many to list. I am always learning new songs so this is not a complete list, just an indication of what  I can do. Some song titles are linked to me singing the actual song.

A lot of my tracks that are well known songs have a different and 'funkier' arrangement. If you would like to hear more, please book me for a gig :)

I am always chopping & changing sets and put them together when I reach the venue to tailor them to the audience.

The London Pub in Llandudno on 1st July 2016 was one such venue that had people dancing to ALL the songs! An amazing night.

Please have a look at D.E.M Diva TV on Facebook for footage from gigs I have done (and give the page a cheeky 'like' please)

If I am in DJ mode - everything from Northern Soul - Ballroom Dancing - Old School - Linedancing - etc and of course, my well known "School Disco" Don't let the slower songs on here fool you, yes, I do get them up dancing, and create a party atmosphere too as required.

Being professional, here are my Standards

Mary Carson, Concert Secretary of the wonderful Claremont Conservative Club in Blackpool, never expected the smooching couples to join hands in a big circle and do the Hokey Cokey!

I put my most recent recordings on Soundcloud.

You can also download samples of songs and posters for your Venue here.

I do not create my set until I arrive at the venue and see who is in the audience. I often do sets of upbeat lively music which have kept teenagers happy as well!

I often ask the audience what type of music they would like, I am a big believer in communication.

I also offer a Carpenter's Tribute for the first set then a cabaret of many different styles of songs from many different artistes.

At the end of the night, depending on the venue, this is what often happens:

Towards the end of the night, I usually ask them what ‘style’ of song they want next, and I can chop and change my set to please as many people as I can :)
